• 1. Empty full package of mousse mix into mixer bowl.
• 2. Add 2 L cold 2% milk and stir.
• 3. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
• 4. Mix at low speed for 1 minute.
• 5. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
• 6. Cover the blender.
• 7. Whip at high speed for 5 to 6 minutes or until peaks form.
• 8. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
• 9. Refrigerate unused portions
